Depositing at Candy
Candy accepts deposits through several third-party digital wallets, each requiring its own account setup before use at the casino. The platform does not publish a complete banking page showing every method side by side, but support documentation covers six wallet options in detail.
The wallets named are Skrill, Neteller, eZee Wallet, MuchBetter, Perfect Money and Jeton. Each of these acts as an intermediary: you fund the wallet first through your bank or card, then transfer from the wallet to your casino account. MuchBetter is available only through its Android or iOS mobile app, not via a web interface.
eZee Wallet states that deposits usually carry no fee, though this depends on your country and the banking solution you choose to fund the wallet itself. For exact figures, eZee Wallet directs users to its own fees-and-limits page at ezeewallet.com. The casino does not publish its own per-method fee table, minimum deposit amount or deposit limits.
Good to know: Candy applies a name-matching rule across all payment channels. The name on any card or payment account used for deposits must match the name registered on your casino account. A mismatch results in blocking of all accounts and cancellation of all payments.
Getting money out
Before you can withdraw anything, Candy requires that you deposit and wager at least 10 USD or 10 EUR (or the equivalent in another currency) across one or several deposits. This threshold applies to all payment methods and is stated as an anti-money-laundering and responsible-gaming measure. Funds won from bonus money or from the no-deposit offer cannot be withdrawn until this condition is met.
The platform does not publish a withdrawal-method list, per-method processing times, or per-method limits. What is clear: digital wallets are funding rails, and money typically returns by card, bank transfer or another payout-capable route rather than through the same wallet used to deposit.
To request a withdrawal:
- Log in to your Candy account and navigate to the cashier section.
- Select the withdrawal option and choose your preferred payout method from those available to you.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, staying within any stated limits.
- Confirm the request – you will need to complete identity verification before your first payout is processed.
- Wait for the casino to review and approve the transaction.
No withdrawals are processed until your account is fully verified. Once verification is complete, the operator states a turnaround of up to 24 hours from submission of the last document.
How long it takes
Candy does not publish withdrawal processing times, pending periods or per-method delivery windows. Licensed operators typically process payouts within one to five business days after verification, but without a stated window from this operator you are relying on the general industry standard rather than a commitment.
What slows things down: verification holds up every first withdrawal, and the casino gives itself up to 24 hours to review your documents once submitted. Weekends and bank holidays can add further delays where the payout route involves a bank transfer. The operator may also request additional payment details if you land a large win, in order not to interrupt your withdrawals – though no monetary threshold for this is published.
Worth remembering: if you have not passed verification within seven days of the request, your account is closed until verification is completed, and you will be charged a monthly fee of 7 EUR for the verification period. That is an unusual term and a real cost, so responding promptly to document requests matters here.
Fees and limits
Candy does not publish withdrawal fees, minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week or month, or any currency-conversion charges that may apply. The absence of these figures makes it difficult to plan larger payouts or compare costs across methods.
What is stated: if you withdraw before meeting the x3 deposit-turnover requirement, the casino reserves the right to withhold 20% of the withdrawal amount. That turnover rule applies to your deposit and is calculated with table games and live casino contributing only 15% of each bet. Slots are not excluded from this calculation.
A separate statement covers the "20% bonus no wager" promotion for cryptocurrency deposits: even here, withdrawal requires an x3 turnover of the deposit. A "no wager" offer that still carries a deposit-turnover condition is worth noting plainly – the bonus itself may be wager-free, but access to your deposit is not.
The operator does not accept or pay cash under any circumstances. Funds and winnings are not transferable to third parties unless the operator agrees. If you close your account, the operator states it will return all funds, with the repayment method chosen at its discretion.
| Term | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum total deposit + wager to unlock withdrawals | 10 USD / 10 EUR |
| Deposit turnover to avoid 20% withholding | x3 |
| Table games / live casino contribution to turnover | 15% |
| Verification deadline before account closure + monthly charge | 7 days |
| Monthly charge during unverified period | 7 EUR |
| Document review time after submission | Up to 24 hours |
Proving who you are
Candy may conduct identity verification at any time. Documents that may be requested include a passport or ID card, a selfie holding your document, and for credit-card deposits a copy or photo of the card itself. If a card image is requested, both sides are required, with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV2 code hidden.
Failure to pass verification within seven days results in account closure until the process is completed, plus the 7 EUR monthly charge mentioned earlier. Once you submit the last document, the casino states it will complete the review within 24 hours. Fake or fraudulent documents may result in cancellation of your deposits and potential winnings.
The operator applies know-your-customer policy and due diligence as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations. It may suspend any operation it regards as illegal or related to money laundering, and it states it has no obligation to inform you if law enforcement has been notified.
When a payout is late or refused
Refund requests are only considered within the first 24 hours of a transaction, or within 30 days if you allege that another person or a minor accessed your account. No refund is available once the deposit, including any bonus attached to it, has been used.
If you do request a refund, you must supply notarised or certified identification within five days of the request. Failing to do so means the refund is refused, the account closed, and all funds in it forfeited – with the decision final and not subject to appeal. Refund contact is [email protected], the operator's address, not the portal's.
For questions about a delayed or declined payout, the operator's support channels are the only place that can act. Have your transaction date, amount and method ready when you contact them. The operator's finance team can be reached at [email protected] for matters relating to limits.
Responsible gambling
Candy offers deposit limits that can be set for one day, one week or one month. Limits are set by contacting [email protected] or [email protected]. An increase takes effect immediately after you contact support; reducing a limit requires email confirmation and only takes effect after the previous limit of the same type has expired.
Self-exclusion periods available are 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. During the block you cannot deposit or withdraw remaining funds and are excluded from all promotional offers. The account reactivates automatically when the period ends, unless you chose permanent exclusion. Requests are made through [email protected].
If you self-exclude permanently, your remaining balance is paid out in accordance with casino limits. For a fixed-term exclusion, the balance is paid only after the period ends, via a withdrawal application.
